Refunds or reprocessing are handled under the Customer Assurance Program and are offered at no cost to all registered customers for their orders.
The Customer Assurance Program protects customers against damage or loss of items during processing caused by human error.
In the event of damage or loss of an article, GANVIN provides compensation up to five times the service value of the item or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
The service value of an item refers to the processing cost after any applicable discounts, as per the invoice.
Free reprocessing is provided in case of any processing or quality issues.
Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All damages, loss, or quality issues must be reported at the time of delivery. Complaints received after delivery will not be accepted and will not be covered under this program.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

Ganvin offers special ironing services at Rs. 1 per item (Pants, Shirts, Chudidar top & bottom) exclusively for members.
To become a member, customers must:
Members can withdraw their membership at any time.
The balance amount will be calculated as: Total membership fee paid minus the total cost of services availed. The balance amount will be refunded to the member within 72 hours of withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will be processed without delay.
Ganvin reserves the right to cancel a membership. In such cases, the balance amount will be settled with the customer promptly.
All disputes arising from membership or services will be subject to the courts of Bangalore.
