• Request received You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours
• Verification We may contact you to verify your identity (1–2 days)
• Data deletion All deletable data will be removed within 7 business days
• Confirmation You will receive final confirmation once complete

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will lose access to all your saved addresses and order history
• Any active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
• All pending or active orders must be resolved before deletion
• If you create a new account, none of your previous data will be restored
